To reset your password:

1. Click on the forgot password as seen on the image above
2. Enter your username you receive from SMP or your child's school.
3. if you cannot find this email in your inbox, check the junk or spam folder.
4. If you still cannot find any email with your SMP details, please, contact your child's school

To login to SMP as a parent do the following:

1. Click on the parent tab as shown on the image.
2. Enter the username and password contained in the email that was sent to you by your child's school or SMP.
